We have just had our full 3 year reassessment for Customer Service Excellence and are delighted to confirm that we have not only maintained the standard for another 12 months but have achieved Compliance Plus in 3 criteria. This means that we were able to demonstrate that we had gone above and beyond what would normally be expected and showed innovation practice in 3 areas.
- Delivering an outstanding product with the installation of a bio-mass boiler at Ingestre Hall.
- Going above and beyond to support opportunities in the local community.
- Meeting of additional requirements at the Oxford Road assisted living development.
Customer Service Excellence is a great self-assessment tool to measure how customer focussed we actually are. Again we were very surprised when we started evidencing how many improvements we have made since the assessors last visit in February 2017, to ensure our customers receive a continual excellent service from us.
