Customer Service Excellence

Following our recent surveillance visit, we are delighted to confirm that we have not only retained the Customer Service Excellence standard for another 12 months but achieved Compliance Plus in criterion 1: Customer Insight.  This means the assessor feels that we have gone above and beyond what would normally be expected; by engaging and involving a wide range of customers and service users of the Harvest Road Integrated Health and Social Care Centre, to ensure that we understand their needs and preferences.
