Customer Service Excellence

Following our full 3 year virtual Assessment in January for Customer Service Excellence, we are delighted to confirm that we have not only maintained the Customer Service Excellence standard but achieved Compliance Plus in criterion 1: Customer Insight for the Virtual Launch of the Repairs and Maintenance Service and criterion 3: Information and Access for the Harvest Road 3D Walkthrough.  This means the assessor feels that we have gone above and beyond what would normally be expected.
