Today (Monday 2 October) is the first day of National Customer Service Week 2023 – a time to recognise and celebrate the value of excellent customer service across the UK.
This special week is organised by the Institute of Customer Service, the UK’s independent professional customer service body working with business, the public sector and government to position the UK as a world leader in service.
For Urban Design and Building Services (UDBS), delivering a consistently excellent standard of customer service is key to everything we do. On every project, we work collaboratively with our clients and contractors to reach the best solutions within their available budget. Our emphasis, always, is on teamwork.
And as proof that we walk our talk, UDBS holds the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) award – a national accreditation showing that we put the customer always and everywhere at the heart of our service provision.
So as National Customer Service Week gets underway, we want to thank our brilliant, multi-disciplinary team for being committed, communicative, caring and customer-focused every day of the year. And thank you to you – our wonderful customers – for making it easy for us to serve you.
