ISO 9001 Quality Management

Urban Design and Building Services (UDBS) are celebrating success after retaining ISO 9001 Quality Management registration for all their areas of activity following assessment by Centre for Assessment (CfA) accreditation body.

The 3 year reassessment included the transition from the 2008 Standard to the 2015 version.

The CfA assessor concluded that UDBS continued to demonstrate a thorough and effective quality management system, with clearly defined processes.

Maintaining an effective quality management system has encouraged each section to regularly analyse and challenge all aspects of its service delivery, utilising customer feedback and engaging employees at all levels.  This has resulted in continuing improvements year after year.

The continuation of ISO 9001 registration recognises the commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement UDBS has strived for.
