Sandwell Aquatics Centre

A huge milestone has been reached at the new Sandwell Aquatics Centre in Smethwick.

Installation of the structural steelwork has started with the roof trusses being craned into place and the main frame erected.  The building is starting to take shape and the scale of the new centre and the facilities within can really be appreciated.

Over the next few months work will start on the walls and roof of the building and installation of the dive tower will start before Christmas.
