UDBS have received planning permission for the development of a vacant site adjacent to Whitgreave Street in West Bromwich. The site formally had a high-rise tower block on which was demolished several years ago.
The development will see six new four-bedroom houses placed on the site, with a modestly designed frontage to remain in keeping with the existing street scene. Some enabling works will take place which will include the relocation of an existing electrical substation and removal of Japanese knotweed that is currently on the site.
