A new-build housing scheme on Highams Close in Rowley Regis is in its early stages. When complete, in the autumn of 2024, it will create six new dwellings for affordable rent in Sandwell: two semi-detached and four detached houses, each with four bedrooms.
Urban Design and Building Services (UDBS) is pleased to be the main designer for this project, taking architectural, structural and landscaping roles.
Our client is Sandwell Council’s Housing Partnerships Team, and the project is being part funded by Homes England. Welch & Phillips is the main contractor.
